I really do LOVE eating healthy food, along with swimming, cycling and running. That’s right…if you’ve seen the photos on this site, you may have guessed I’m a triathlete. I also am a Triathlon Australia Certified Coach, as well as an AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety. And when I am not swimming, cycling, running, or cooking, I’m hanging out with my best mate….Harry (a purebred Ragdoll Cat who is more of a dog than a cat).
Now based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia my passion is to help people live better and healthier lives through what I call “controlling the controllables”. Since mid 2016, I have been a Health Coach, teaching people about how to feel better through food, physical movement and good sleep practice.

My coaching is about understanding YOU and teaching you about food and its effect on You. As a Certified Health Coach, I teach people how to live a healthy life based on the worldwide and hugely successful health change program called the Real Meal Revolution.
It’s about showing you that there is a way to live without being handcuffed to sugar. In the process, you’ll be doing your body a favour. I love food. It is one of life’s simple pleasures. But knowing which foods to eat and why seems a constant challenge….well it was for me. After turning 40 it seemed harder compared to the previous year to maintain my own healthy weight. I was still regularly exercising – in fact, I was competing in Ironman distance triathlons swimming, cycling and running 226 kilometres in one day in close to 10 hours – but I found it was getting more difficult to stop eating my favourite foods without putting on more weight.
